Individualized programs will be created to address your personal athletic goals and fit your personal training volume and planned races. Programs can include efficiency training, annualized season periodization, strength regiment, and daily workouts.

Basic Program

This program is ideal for the athletes seeking to take their performance to the next level, looking for a dynamic approach addressing key pillars for performance and periodic coach interaction.   The program is delivered weekly including a check in with your coach to review your training progress and develop the next training block while considering life: travel, family, work, races, weather, etc.

This is for an athlete seeking more of a  1:1 guidance, frequent interaction and constant feedback.

Swimming Analysis

Analysis & Stroke Correction

During swim analysis we will do a video analysis that  will pinpoint what elements of your freestyle stroke need correction and determine why it may be affecting your performance. And during the stroke correction, will teach you how to make the proper corrections to improve your performance. After the correction will record you again to show your stroke improvements & you’ll receive a corrective swim plan that you can incorporate into your training plan & continue working on your stroke on your own.

This service is specifically designed for triathletes and open water swimmers from all levels; from beginners who need to master the freestyle swim basics to the more seasoned athletes struggling to improve their performance including proficient swimmers seeking to maximize their skills and gain that extra edge

Nutrition plan

Your personalized fueling plan is developed based on your specific needs, goals, fitness level, and racing targets. This includes fueling recommendations for every-day training based on your current training load,   detailed nutrition plan for the week leading up to the main event, race and detailed race fueling. This will take the guesswork out of your training and allow you to avoid fueling mistakes during your races.

  • A detailed plan addressing your carbohydrates, protein and fat needs
  • Consultation to review your individual fueling plan and implementation
